# Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy


## Shipping Policy

We proudly ship to customers throughout the United States and worldwide.

### Processing Time


  • All of Wilde Pickup’s products are custom and made to order. Our standard production turn around time is 7-10 business days after payment is received. It can be shorter or longer.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


### Shipping Times

* Shipping: varies by carrier and are estimates

International Orders

* Delivery typically takes **7–21 business days**, depending on the destination country and customs processing. This varies by carrier, method chosen, custom holds, et. 

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances.

### Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. At times carrier changes are necessary but we do our best to use the carrier you selected. If there is a carrier you do not want us to use please email us or note that on your order. 

### Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

### Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please provide an email at checkout so you will receive this information.

# Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are a small made in USA manufacturing facility and we make your product based on your specifications as a custom made to order good. Because this is a hand made product variations can occur. Also, due to manufacturing of our parts there may be slight color differences between batches.

If you are not satisfied, please email becky@billlawrence.com with photos of all sides of the products within 14 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be unused and in its original condition. Please keep lead wires at original length. No soldering, or taking apart the product. 

* The item must be returned in its original packaging.

* Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted. Any modification to the product that makes it unsellable will not be refunded. If you wire it up please do not charge the lengths to the wires. 

Customer will pay for all shipping fees to return the product back to us. 

### Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:


* Gift cards

** Custom item or personalized items

* Clearance or final sale items

* Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer

# Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

* Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

* Please allow **5–10 business days** for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.


Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or you received a defective or incorrect item.

# Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery.

Please include:


* Your order number

* A description of the issue

* Clear photos of the item and packaging


We require that the pickup is shipped back to us for repair or replacement.

# Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

* A defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please note for international customers we are unable to issue a return label but can reimburse you once its shipped and we have a copy of the receipt. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. We will email you once we have the package.

# Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order please email becky@billlawrence.com.

Once an order has entered processing (depends on the order) or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

# Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

We must be notified by email within 30 days of any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Please speak with the local carrier and visit the local post office that is delivering your package (if applicable for international orders).

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
