We make every effort to display products accurately.

We reserve the right to discontinue products without notice.
All of our products are hand made and slight variations may occur. Due to manufacturing there may be slight variations in colors etc.
All of our products are custom and made to order.

Applicable taxes, duties, VAT, customs fees, and shipping costs will be calculated where required during checkout or may be payable upon delivery depending on your country.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

We ship to the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other eligible international destinations.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to:

* customs inspections;

* weather;

* carrier delays;

* public holidays;

* force majeure events.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided. If a package is lost or damaged please contact us right away, no later than 30 days. Please email becky@billlawrence.com or text/whatsapp 951 310 9033. You will receive a response acknowledging your correspondence. We will do all we can to locate the package. In addition we request you speak to the carrier, either the local postman and/or the local shipping facility the package goes through.

These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Returned items must:

* be in original packaging;

Refunds are issued using the original payment method once we have received the product back.

Return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer and shipping costs are not be refundable unless the product has not been shipped yet or required by law.
